An Important Labor Day Reading Recomendation: The 'State of the Unions'
Radish Research's latest is an important read for anyone interested or involved with unions.

We’re going into Labor Day Weekend and the ‘last weekend of summer.’
Naturally, many people will head to the beach or partake in other outdoor activities before the leaves begin to fall and election season ramps up (further).
However, over this Labor Day Weekend, I have a strong reading recommendation for anyone involved with unions—whether management side or union side: Take some time to thoroughly read Chris Bohner’s in-depth analysis on the ‘State of the Unions.’
To merely tell you about the key points would not do it justice.
Take the time to read Bohner’s entire piece (here).
Bohner, who runs Radish Research, analyzes four key metrics for unions’ future success (or failure): 1) organizing new workers, 2) collective bargaining and strikes, 3) union finances, and 4) labor democracy and governance.
As a union proponent, he is refreshingly honest in his analysis.
Check it out here. [You’ll thank me later.]
