Cannabis Workers in Illinois File Petition to Decertify UFCW
Fifteen months after voting to unionize, cannabis workers at a Curaleaf dispensary in Worth, Illinois filed a petition on Monday with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to have an election to decide whether or not to decertify the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW).
