Dear LaborUnionNews.com subscribers and website visitors:
On Friday, following SAG-AFTRA joining the Writers Guild of America (WGA) on strike—essentially shutting down Hollywood—and the media surrounding both strikes, as we did with the ongoing Teamsters negotiations (and possible strike) at UPS and Starbucks Union News before that, we have created a temporary category for the labor disputes in Hollywood.
The category is titled Hollywood on Strike.
Again, this is a temporary category—until the labor disputes are resolved—to free up space in the Labor Disputes category and only applies from Friday moving forward.
For older articles involving the ongoing WGA 74-day long strike, you will still find those under Labor Disputes, or by using our search button on LaborUnionNews.com.
Moving forward…
For website visitors:
You will find the Hollywood on Strike category in the second column, below Healthcare Union News and above Labor Disputes.
For (paid) subscribers to our Daily Digest:
The Hollywood on Strike category will be below Healthcare Union News and above Labor Disputes in your daily News Digest emails.
Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
Best regards,
Peter (aka ‘The Editor’)
