New York Governor signs "Captive Audience" Ban, making it the 5th State in the U.S. to do so
On Wednesday, just a day after it reached her desk, New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D) signed into law a ban on employers holding so-called “captive audience meetings” with employees, making it the fifth state in the nation to do so.
