NLRB Data: Unions Won 91% of Certification Elections in September, 76% in FY 2023
Overall, employers lost more than three quarters of all NLRB certification elections held in fiscal year 2023.
The September win rate of 91 percent tops the previous 2023 high of 88 percent in February.
