NLRB Issues Complaint Against Apple, Inc. Over World Trade Center Campaign Accusations
Allegations include holding mandatory meetings, interrogation, surveillance and restricting the posting of union flyers.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued a complaint against Apple, Inc. over alleged unfair labor practices committed at a store in New York City.
The charge against Apple was filed in May by the Communications Workers of America, which is one of two unions seeking to represent Apple employees.
The charge filed against Apple include a number of allegations (in full below), including allegations that Apple interrogated employees, restricted the posting of union flyers, as well as conducted “captive audience speeches in order to discourage employees from supporting the Union.”
