Just days following the Amazon Labor Union’s humiliating defeat in New York state, the union has withdrawn its petition for an election at an Amazon facility in Moreno Valley, California, according the National Labor Relations Board’s website.

The union’s election withdrawal comes a mere two days after Amazon Labor Union (ALU) president Chris Smalls flew to California for a union rally.
