A Trader Joe’s location in New York was the scene of a protest on Monday over the company’s “attacks” on the constitutionality of the National Labor Relations Act and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), according to Seth Goldstein, a partner with Julien, Mirer, Singla and Goldstein PLLC, a union-side law firm.
