A group of unionized employees who are employed by a union have petitioned the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to hold an election to decertify their union, according to a NLRB docket.

The group of unionized employees are employed by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local No. 77 and are petitioning NLRB to haven an election which will determine whether they will decertify their bargaining representative, the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU).
