Unions likely to use threat posed by AI to unionize more workers

As artificial intelligence (AI) gains greater influence in the workplace, and on the heels of the new contract reached by SAG-AFTRA and Hollywood studios that ending a nearly four-month strike in which AI was a contentious issue, AI will likely become a larger issue for labor unions in the near future—including as a weapon for unions to use against employers when unionizing workers.
