WATCH: More than a year after unionization, Trader Joe's employees share their experiences
More than a year ago, the employees of Trader Joe’s in Hadley, Massachusetts became the chain’s first store in the nation to become unionized by a union calling itself Trader Joe’s United.
Since then, several other stores have had NLRB elections and some Trader Joe’s employees have been speaking out about their negative experiences with the union.
Recently, several Trader Joe’s employees of the Hadley store sat down together and made this video to share their perspectives.
