Greetings from Wyoming...
[Or, alternatively: Mamas, don't let your cowboys grow up to be babies.]
Dear Subscribers,
If you listened last week’s podcast interview with Ben Minden from the Bear Hug Cattle Company, you may have caught the references that A) I have a son who is a cowboy and B) I would be traveling to Wyoming this week to the ranch where my son works.
Well, although it’s a long and convoluted story as to why I am driving cross country four times in the span of three weeks, I am currently in Wyoming, and will be heading back to the East Coast tonight (it’s a 30-hour drive).
What does this have to do with you?
Unfortunately, when I am on the ranch, we are 45 minutes away from any Wi-Fi to post the daily News Digest. This means driving into town and, as a result, you are likely receiving the News Digest1 a bit later in the day (especially for those of you on the East Coast).
While this week has not been too bad, in two weeks (after being on the East Coast for a week) we will be making the return trip out West and expect delays in getting the News Digest out.
[Note: The delays will not affect the news that is constantly being posted on LaborUnionNews.com—only delivery of the daily News Digest.]
Making amends…
For paid subscribers. Because we are committed to providing you a valuable service, if you are a paid subscriber, I will be extending all paid subscriptions one extra month (free).
For free subscribers. If you choose to upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription during the month of May, you will also receive a month extra for free.
In any case, I apologize for any inconvenience.
Best regards,
Peter (aka ‘The Editor’)
As noted above, the aforementioned delays only pertain to the News Digest that is sent out daily and does not include the Petitions and Charges as the news is being updated constantly on LaborUnionNews.com from our ‘global headquarters.’
