In a press release on Thursday, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has announced that, going forward, victims of “labor law violations” will be entitled to compensation for all “direct or foreseeable pecuniary harm,” including such items as “out-of-pocket medical expenses, credit card debt, or other costs that are a direct or foreseeable result of the unfair labor practices.”
